How long does a Treatment take?

A Reflexology treatment usually lasts between 45 and 60 minutes  The initial appointment will include a full consultation. 

Lisa may suggest some self-help techniques for you to use in between your appointments, this could include diet and exercise adjustments and hand reflexology for you to try.

As Reflexologists are not medically qualified, they will never diagnose or prescribe.

The cost of a treatment is £22.00.
